尊敬的會員們：
關於上週公告並實施的「實名制認證制度」，是由本平台「法令遵循及監理委員會」為避免會員權益遭受損害，且為拓展更多國家與地區，並配合新功能上線而責成本平台「工程及技術部門」所擬訂及修改的新措施。其立意雖然良好，惟未能預留適當時間事先與會員們作溝通，導致引發會員們的抱怨與質疑，在此本人代表本平台對各位會員致上最深的歉意。同時，經董事及監察聯席召開緊急會議決議，先暫停實施「實名制認證制度」，俟會員們均充份理解本制度的各項細節及配套措施後，才開始正式實施。
對於近日來會員們所提出之意見與抱怨，本平台均虛心接受並深自檢討，包向各位會員保證您的權益絕不會受到損害，期盼會員們亦能體諒及予以包容，繼續給予本平台最大的支持。
最後，再次代表本平台所有人員對各位會員致上最大歉意，本人及所有人員也將記取教訓及經驗，未來任何新功能或新措施實施前，必將戰戰兢兢作好測試與溝通後才上路，避免相同情形再次發生，謝謝您的諒解。

Dear Members,
The implementation of real-name authentication system since last week was planned by our Disciplinary Committee and conducted by our Technical Division. There are two rationales behind this decision, first, we would like to protect the rights of our members, and second we would like to further develop our business to different countries and areas. While the initial aim was good, however there lacked sufficient communications with members beforehand and hence leading to criticism of members. May we kindly express our apology and after meetings by our directors, such real-name authentication system will be temporarily suspended so to allow members to understand more about its details before its official implementation.
We have always treasured members’ feedback and have taken each and every your opinion seriously. We will try our best to protect your rights and we appreciate your supports and understanding to our platform.
May we express our apology again for any inconvenience caused. We have learnt a lesson and shall there be any new proposals, we shall be conducting thorough trials and have sufficient communications beforehand to avoid such incident. Thank you for your attention.
